Delivery for our Palestinian collection generally takes around 5–7 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance. Shipping is generally free but may vary with your location and the weight of your order; the cost is shown at checkout.

Any customs duties, import fees or taxes are the customer's responsibility. A tracking code is emailed once your order ships.

Returns

If your item arrives defective, damaged or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it — the return is free.

Because most pieces are made to order, we can't accept returns to change the size or for a change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering, or message us if you are unsure.
