WHERE DO WE SHIP?
We offer international shipping to bring the beauty of Middle Eastern designs and abayas to customers worldwide. Our items are sourced mainly from Jordan and they ship from there whilst our non Palestinian products are sourced from China , the delivery time may vary depending on the shipping origin and destination. but generally takes around 5-7 business days for our Palestinian collections and around 15 days for others.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a tracking code to the email address you provided during checkout. This tracking code will enable you to monitor the status of your package. Please note that tracking information may take 2-5 days to appear after you receive the email notification.
WHEN WILL TRACKING INFORMATION APPEAR?
Tracking events usually become visible within 48-72 hours after you receive the tracking number/ID. The initial tracking event may only appear once the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Tracking Shows "Returned to Sender":
If your tracking information indicates that your order was "Returned to Sender," please follow these steps:
- Contact your nearest post office and provide them with your ID card or tracking number to inquire about its status.
- If you cannot obtain information from your post office, contact our Customer Service department and provide your shipping address again.
- If the provided address matches our records, we are willing to send you a replacement or issue a 50% refund. Please note that these are the final options for addressing this issue.
- If the address was incorrect or insufficient, and the order could not be delivered due to this reason, you may incur additional fees for a replacement.

In cases of incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses, please contact us immediately to check if modifications can be made. If your order has already been shipped, we regret that we cannot make changes or send another package without additional fees.
