Refund and Returns Policy
To receive a refund you must be eligible for a return; To be eligible for a return your You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item (otherwise the request might be dismissed) which must also be in the same condition, that you received it undamaged and unused, with tags on.
Free Returns are accepted in the case that the item delivered is defective and completely damaged, or in the case that a different item was sent other than the one that was ordered. Please check the size chart before ordering as we are unable to exchange or return items just to change the size as each product might be tailored specifically for you and the the exact measurements are clearly mentioned on the product page.

In any other case other than what is mentioned above, the return would be on the expense of the customer including the shipping cost and any other occurred expenses. However, returns and return requests for a full refund due to reasons such as but not limited to customer remorse or dissatisfaction are not accepted as most of the items are made to order. Instead of a full refund you may be eligible for a partial refund or in-store credit. For detailed instructions and more information on your specific case please contact us. If for a particular reason we have accepted a return request, then $45 dollars fee will be deducted from the refund. This amount covers import duty fees and the export shipping cost.

If an item is returned without contacting us first, the return may not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Usually the return is paid for by the customer unless the item is damaged. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can it right and issue a refund if needs be
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed in the case that the product arrived damaged or if it is different than what is ordered. Please check the size chart before ordering.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that only the product cost is refunded and not the shipping fee included in the product price.
